Refund policy

At Everywear Patterns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Digital Products

Our sewing patterns are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of downloadable content, all sales are generally final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access to the download has been provided, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

This policy exists because digital files cannot be physically returned after they have been delivered.

Exceptions

We understand that issues can occasionally occur. If you experience any of the following problems, please contact us and we will do our best to help:

  • You received an incorrect file.

  • The download file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

  • You were charged incorrectly.

  • You did not receive access to your purchased files.

In these situations, we may provide a replacement file, technical assistance, or, where appropriate, a refund.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same pattern more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order and may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase at our discretion.

Pattern Updates

From time to time, we may update our patterns to correct errors or improve instructions. Customers who have previously purchased the pattern may receive access to updated files where applicable.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we offer physical products in the future, return instructions and eligibility requirements will be provided on the product page or updated in this policy.

Returned physical items must generally:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Include proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
